OFF MARKED LTD is the data controller for this website and the beta waitlist. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17506988. Registered office: 61 Bridge Street, Kington, HR5 3DJ, United Kingdom. You can reach us at info@offmarked.co.uk.

Visiting this website

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies, does not store anything on your device and does not track you across other websites. We see totals such as page views, the site that referred you, and the type of device, never who you are. Because of this, we don’t need a cookie banner.

Joining the beta waitlist

What we collect when you join the waitlist, why, and how long we keep it are set out in our waitlist privacy notice.

We don’t sell your details or share them with anyone for marketing.

Who handles your data for us

We use a small number of providers. Each handles data only on our instructions:

• Tally runs the waitlist form and stores what you submit.
• Cloudflare provides the visit counts described above.
• Google Workspace provides our email, so messages you send to us, or that we send you about the beta, are held there.
• Vercel hosts this website. Like any web host, it briefly records technical details such as your IP address to deliver the pages and keep the site secure.

Cloudflare, Google and Vercel may process data in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the UK-US data bridge (the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to stop using it. Email info@offmarked.co.uk and we’ll reply within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
