Waitlist privacy notice
Last updated: 12 October 2026.
Who runs this waitlist
OFF MARKED LTD, company number 17506988, registered office 61 Bridge Street, Kington, United Kingdom, HR5 3DJ. We are the controller of your data. Contact: info@offmarked.co.uk
What we collect
Your name, work email, business name, role, the areas of the UK you work in, whether you contact owners directly, and, if you choose to answer, which tools you use now for off-market leads. If you answer it, we also collect how you heard about us, and we record which link you used to reach the form (for example an ad or a post). We also record whether you ticked the marketing box.
Why we use it
- To run the waitlist, pick beta users and contact you about the beta. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests.
- To check sign-ups against public company records, such as Companies House, so we know they are genuine businesses. A person makes the final choice.
- The optional tools question is used to understand what users need and to shape the product. You do not have to answer it.
- How you heard about us and the link you used are only used to see which channels bring sign-ups. We do not use cookies or tracking tags for this.
- Product update emails: only if you tick the box, which is unticked by default. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.
Who handles it
Our form provider Tally (Tally BV, Belgium) acts as our processor. Tally says form data is encrypted and stored in Europe. Some of Tally’s own suppliers may be outside the UK and EU. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We delete waitlist data 12 months after the beta ends, or sooner if you ask. If you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal record of your email so we do not email you again.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to how we use it, and withdraw marketing consent at any time. Email info@offmarked.co.uk
We reply within one month.
